What to include
Send the tool URL, browser name and version, operating system, the exact step that failed, and the displayed error. For output-quality problems, describe the input format, approximate dimensions or page count, settings used, and expected result.
Do not attach confidential files or passwords
Do not email identity documents, medical or financial records, private photographs, PDF passwords, or proprietary source files. If a sample is essential, create a minimal synthetic file that reproduces the issue and contains no sensitive data.
Privacy and legal requests
Use a clear subject such as Privacy, Accessibility, Copyright, or Security. State the URL and specific concern. We can investigate site behavior and our own records, but we cannot retrieve browser-local files that were never sent to the application server.
Response scope
We can review reproducible defects and factual corrections, but cannot provide password recovery, document certification, guaranteed turnaround, custom conversion, or legal advice. Keep your original and any error details until the issue is resolved.
