By using Image PDF Tools, you agree to use the service lawfully and to review every generated file before relying on it. These tools assist with document work; they do not replace professional archival, legal, security, or accessibility review.
Files, passwords, and permission
Only process material you own or are authorized to handle. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, infringe rights, or distribute harmful or unlawful content. PDF unlock requires a valid password or an otherwise accessible document; it is not a password-recovery or cracking service.
Outputs and irreversible changes
Keep the original until you verify the download. Compression, conversion, cropping, metadata removal, watermarking, and PDF rewriting can permanently discard data. A successful download does not prove that every form, signature, link, color profile, font, attachment, or accessibility feature was preserved.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided as available without a guarantee that a particular browser, file, output size, quality level, security setting, or advanced document structure will work. Browser updates, device memory, extensions, corrupt inputs, and unsupported codecs can change behavior.
Liability and third-party software
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for verifying outputs, backups, permissions, and fitness for your purpose. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses and notices; nothing in these terms removes rights or obligations granted by those licenses.
